As a dedicated lifelong seeker of the Mind/Body/Spirit connection, I have passionately explored the intricate harmony between these realms for many years. With an unwavering commitment, I have delved into extensive studies weaving together wisdom from diverse sources on my own transformative journey into self-discovery, self-development, mind mastery, spirituality, natural health & healing.


I am passionate to share the acquired wisdom gained through professional training, personal experience and profound insights gained from years of dedicated commitment to holistic healing. My fascination with Hypnotherapy lead me to a Diploma in Trauma Hypnotic Sciences, Masters Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy along with certificates in Psychotherapy, Psychology, NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), Somatic EMDR Therapy (Trauma release), Art & Creative Therapies as well as Relaxation Therapy.
